What We’re Looking For 🎯
We focus on practical, actionable content that provides readers with tools, techniques, and strategies they can apply directly to their work. Your post should engage our audience and offer insights that spark creativity and problem-solving.
Here’s what we expect:
- 1,500+ words of original, unpublished content with valuable insights.
- Actionable steps with examples, screenshots, or tips to illustrate your points.
- 2-3 internal links to relevant articles from the Wireflow blog. If appropriate, internal links can also include articles from our other blogs:
- Vanila blog (focused on web development, technology, and business).
- Automatio blog (focused on web automation and scraping)
- Credible outbound links (DR 30+)—avoid links to competitors.
- A friendly, approachable tone—conversational but professional.
What We Don’t Accept:
- Previously published or recycled content.
- Overly promotional or sales-oriented articles.
- Affiliate links or links to industries like gambling or crypto.
- Low-quality external links (these will be removed).
How to Structure Your Post 📝
To ensure clarity and easy navigation, we recommend following this structure:
- Table of Contents: Lists key sections for easy navigation.
- Short Intro: 150 words to introduce the topic and grab the reader’s attention.
- Headings and Subheadings: Organize content to make it easy to scan.
- Short Paragraphs and Sentences: Improve readability and flow.
- Conclusion: Provide actionable takeaways or final thoughts.
Submission Guidelines 🛠️
- Format: Submit your article as a Google Doc with public sharing enabled.
- Visuals: Include relevant images or screenshots—AI-generated visuals are welcome.
- Links: All included links must be from domains with a minimum DR 30.
What to Expect After Submission ⚙️
- Submission Review: Once you submit your draft or fully finished article, we’ll review it and provide feedback.
- Editing and Comments: If changes are needed, we’ll add comments and suggestions directly to your document for collaboration.
- Final Approval: After we agree on the final version, the article will be scheduled for publication.
- Publishing: Your article will go live within 1-2 weeks.
Ownership and Credit 🎉
- All guest posts will be published under our author profile, and contributor bios will not be included.
- You’re welcome to republish the article on your site—just include a backlink to the original post on Wireflow.co.
- We reserve the right to make minor edits for clarity, grammar, or SEO.
